The Chatbot is provided for the limited purposes of (a) providing information and answering questions related to Septodont products; (b) collecting user feedback regarding the use of Septodont products, including feedback related to product quality issues and pharmacovigilance incidents; and (c) otherwise assisting Dental Professionals with their use of the Sites. You agree to use the Chatbot solely for the purposes set forth in the preceding sentence and otherwise in compliance with these Terms. Further, when communicating with the Chatbot, you agree not to submit (a) any protected health information (whether your own or that of another person) or (b) the personal information of any person other than yourself absent such person’s express written permission. Should any Chatbot Input include the personal information of any other person, you have sole responsibility for that personal information as its data controller or otherwise under applicable laws.
We reserve the right, but without any obligation, to automatically block or remove any Chatbot Input or Chatbot Output, at our discretion, or suspend or terminate your use of the Chatbot, if we believe it infringes on third-party rights including without limitation intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or the Terms.

Your interactions with the Chatbot may be recorded and retained by Septodont for the purpose of addressing your inquiries and otherwise assisting you, improving the operation of the Chatbot (including for training, retraining or fine tuning underlying models), and for any other purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and we may disclose these records to third parties in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy. You have the right to opt-out of any of your personal information within Chatbot Input being used for any improvement of the Chatbot in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your Chatbot Input and Chatbot Output for the purpose of improving the functionality and performance of the Chatbot, except for any personal information in respect of which you have opted out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
